Ingredients:


-200g boneless chicken thigh or breast 

-1 tbsp plain yogurt 

-1 tbsp oil 

-1 tsp vinegar or lemon juice 

-1 garlic clove (minced) 

-1/2 tsp cumin

-1/2 tsp paprika

-1/2 tsp coriander

-1/4 tsp turmeric

-1/4 tsp black pepper

-Salt to taste




Optional (for serving):


Flatbread, rice, or fries

Garlic yogurt sauce or tahini

Sliced cucumber, tomato, lettuce, onions



Instructions:


1. Marinate chicken:

In a bowl, mix yogurt, oil, vinegar, garlic, and all spices. Coat chicken and let marinate at least 20 mins (or overnight in fridge for deeper flavor).


2. Cook:

Grill in a hot pan or bake at 200°C for 20–25 minutes until cooked through and slightly charred. Slice thin.


3. Serve:

Wrap in flatbread with salad and sauce, or serve over rice with a drizzle of garlic yogurt (just yogurt + minced garlic + pinch of salt).
