Ingredients (Budget-Friendly!):
-1 packet yellow noodles (RM1.50)
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-1 red chili, sliced
-1 egg
-A handful of sawi (mustard greens)
-1 tbsp soy sauce
-1 tbsp chili sauce
-1 tbsp oyster sauce
-1/2 cube chicken stock (optional)
-A bit of water
-Cooking oil
Instructions:
1. Heat oil, sauté garlic and chili until fragrant.
2. Crack in the egg, stir until cooked.
3. Add sauces, stock cube, and a splash of water.
4. Toss in the noodles and mix well.
5. Add sawi, cook until just wilted.
6. Serve hot with a squeeze of lime or a side of sambal!
