Ingredients:
-1 pack Maggi (any flavor, curry/spicy ramyeon is best)
-2 eggs
-1 slice cheese or grated cheese
-1 tbsp chopped onion
-1 tbsp chopped green chili (optional)
-A pinch of salt & pepper
-1 tsp oil or butter
-2 tsp Bbq spicy honey sauce ( for topping sauce) - optional
-2 Tbsp mayonnaise ( for topping too combined with bbq sauce just like okonomiyaki) - optional
Instructions:
1. Boil Maggi noodles for 2 minutes (just until soft), then drain completely.
2. In a bowl, beat the eggs and mix in cooked noodles, cheese, onion, chili, and seasoning.
3. Heat oil/butter in a non-stick pan.
4. Pour the mixture in and flatten it like a thick pancake.
5. Cook on low heat 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
6. Slice and serve hot—with chili/bbq sauce or mayo if you like.
