Arabic:
اللّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي وَارْحَمْنِي، وَاهْدِنِي وَاجْبُرْنِي، وَعَافِنِي وَارْزُقْنِي، وَارْفَعْنِي
Transliteration:
Allahummaghfir li warhamni, wahdini wajburni, wa 'aafini warzuqni, warfa'ni.
Meaning:
“O Allah, forgive me and have mercy on me, guide me, support me, heal me, provide for me, and elevate me.”
Assalamu’alaikum, soul fam.
Sometimes, we make mistakes. We fall behind. We feel unworthy.
But Allah — He never turns away a heart that returns to Him.
This du’a is for anyone starting again. Anyone tired. Anyone healing.
Let’s whisper it together with sincerity.
Even if the world gives up on us, Allah never will.
With every sincere du’a, we plant a seed of hope in our hearts.
Let today be that seed. Let Allah be the rain.

Jazakumullah khair for taking a moment to reflect.
May this du’a be your restart button — may today be lighter than yesterday.
See you after Zuhur for a soul-warming recipe, in shaa Allah.
One du'a, one bite, one soul at a time.
