Du’a of the Day: Du’a for a Content and Grateful Heart

 Arabic: اللَّهُمَّ اجعلني من الشاكرين، وارضني بما قسمت لي، وبارك لي فيه.

Transliteration: Allahumma aj‘alni minash-shākirīn, warḍinī bimā qasamta lī, wa bārik lī fīh.

English Meaning: 

O Allah, make me among the grateful. Grant me contentment with what You have apportioned for me, and bless it for me.

Malay Translation: 

Ya Allah, jadikanlah aku dalam kalangan orang yang bersyukur. Redhakanlah aku dengan apa yang Engkau telah tetapkan, dan berkatilah rezeki itu untukku.

Reflection Note: Gratitude brings barakah. When we’re content with what Allah gives, even little becomes enough. This du’a reminds us to embrace what we have with a grateful heart — and that’s where true peace lives.
