(Serves 1–2 people)
Ingredients:
1 packet Maggi Tom Yum
-1 cup water
-1 egg
-1 clove garlic (sliced)
-1/2 onion (sliced)
-1 stalk lemongrass (bruised)
-A few kaffir lime leaves
-Bird’s eye chili (optional, for extra heat)
-Tomato (optional)
-Vegetables (e.g., mustard greens, cabbage, mushrooms)
-A squeeze of lime juice
-A bit of chili sauce & fish sauce (optional)
-Fresh coriander (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Sauté the garlic, onion, and lemongrass until fragrant.
2. Add water, Maggi seasoning, and kaffir lime leaves.
3. Bring to a boil, then add vegetables and chilies.
4. Add Maggi noodles and crack in the egg. Stir gently to keep the egg whole.
5. Add tomato slices, chili sauce, fish sauce, and a squeeze of lime.
6. Once everything is cooked, sprinkle with fresh coriander and serve hot!

ReplyDeleteBetul tu, kalau maggie tomyam kosong dah sedap, inikan pula kalau kita tambah sedikit sahaja lagi bahan untuk jadikan dia rasa seperti kita makan di warung, nostalgia kan ☺👍
